Set in the heart of Venice, the family-managed Residenza La Loggia is a 2-minute walk from St. Mark's Square and 400 m from Rialto Bridge. It offers elegant rooms decorated in an 18th-century Venetian style.
The building dates back to 1100. Rooms feature wood-beamed ceilings and luxury fabrics. They have strong colour schemes and carpeted floors. All are air-conditioned and come with free Wi-Fi, an LCD TV and a minibar.
An Italian breakfast of coffee and croissants is brought to the guest rooms each morning, also for children sharing the room with their parents. Free coffee and tea are available at any time and the surrounding area is also full of cafés and restaurants for lunch and dinner.
La Loggia is easily reached by water-bus 1, 2 or N from Santa Lucia Train Station. The nearest Vaporetto stop is at Rialto Bridge. From Marco Polo Airport you can take the Alilaguna water-bus to St. Mark's Square.

Ciao outside the station you can take the waterbus line 2 and get off at the Rialto stop. We are a 5 minute walk from Rialto and there you can also find porters.

Good morning, it depends where it is expected that you have to leave the car. If you have to leave it at Treviso airport you can park your car in Venice for a day and then drive to Treviso airport.

Hello, as specified in our description, the rooms are on the first floor of a building without a lift. If you arrive during our reception hours (8am-5pm) we'll carry your luggage up. If you arrive after 5pm you can enter with the self check-in.

Hi you can take the waterbus from here to Santa Lucia station in Venice. From Santa Lucia station you can take a direct train to Florence.

Wonderful host, wonderful location, and our favorite stay of our trip
The host was absolutely amazing, and our room was already cooled down when we arrived. He also made sure we had water when we arrived, sent a walkthrough video of how to get there from the waterbus, and was very helpful with helping us decided what to do for the one night we were there. Breakfast delivered to the room the next morning was a welcome surprise, and it was delicious and more than enough food for the three of us. The host also made sure to get specifics that we requested, and this was our favorite location throughout our trip.

A beautifully styled vintage hotel in the centre of Venice
Lovely decor, very friendly staff, amazing breakfast brought to your room (seriously cannot express this enough)!
The bathroom was a little cramped, and there was no elevator, but the staff helped with the bags. Neither were an issue for us, just mentioning in case it matters for others.
